Received an email from us and need to download your content? It's easy!
Once we deliver you the content through our platform, you will be notified by email.
Included in this email is a link to the Download Center for the listing. Here, you have access to all content shared by the photographer, including images, videos, 3D Tours, floor plans, and property websites for the listing.
Make sure to scroll down to the bottom of the email above and you will see something like this:
As you see you have two options. Download Center: Allows you to view and download all the media (photos, videos, interactive 3D tours, floor plans, property websites, that were ordered for your listing all on one page. Login to Account: This takes you to your dashboard where we store all your listings media orders to view, download, make changes to your property website, or create customizable marketing material with your media. When you click on the download center:
To download all the content at once, click the Download button located in the top right corner of the screen. Use the pop-up menu to select any or all of the content you would like. You can always come back to this page if you want to download another type of content later.
The content will be downloaded to your computer as a zip file into whatever folder your online downloads are set to. To access the content, unzip the file, and open the folder created.
Property Websites
If you would simply like to copy the link to the property website, click the Property Websites section seen in the header image.
Here, you can copy both the branded and unbranded versions of the property website without having to download anything. You can use these links for your promotion on social media, just copy/paste the link as you normally would.
Videos
You will have the options to download, view, embed the video into your websites, or copy the link to place into the MLS to share videos.
Interactive 3D tours
You will have the options to view or copy link for Zillow 3D tour, Asteroom, or Matterport 3D tours to add your MLS. Please make sure to only use the unbranded version for the MLS and the branded version for your own personal website or other social media platforms.
Floor plans Any floor plans created would also be available in the download center. Please note: Floor plans take up to 24-48 hours to process so if unavailable, please check back.
Orders Invoices will be kept for your own personal records in our portal. You can download your invoice in the download center at the bottom of the page and review order purchased.
Unable to Download Content?
We choose to hold downloads until payment has been received, so ensure that as a customer you have completed your transaction when you download content. As soon as payment has been completed content is able to be downloaded.
